Go in the Branscombe Village and find the road near the Masons Arms head down towards the beach.
Once you turn down the road to the beach from more or less opposite The Masons Arms in the village you have two options, to go around the roundabout and return to the village or enter the car park and pay to park. There is nowhere to just "wait" at the end of the road.
